Using our Facebook Messenger Bot infrastructure, users chatted with the bot via Messenger Bot running on Etstur’s official Facebook page, receiving holiday suggestions and expressing their complaints. Our messenger bot application, which also greatly eased Etstur’s complaint management, chatted with over 1 million users.
